How can you legitimately attempt to interview people without knowing why they are there? You may not agree with them but saying “Can you tell me what’s going on here?” Is more than a little disingenuous. Adding to that “I’m just trying to understand why you guys are protesting.” Has to be the Mother of Ignorance in questioning someone. They believe that Israel, the Country, is engaging in a genocide.
