Just hit 172k on my 05 lgt as well. Doing timing belt tmrw.

Rotella ever 3k miles. Been Cobb tuned stage 2 last 130k miles

Mine is FBO, catless with a modified STI turbo. Been like that for a long time. She definitly piston slaps when she's cold but I always let her warm up for 15-20 mins before driving her anywhere. It's become a part of my life now haha
