18 days today. Read tonight that 75% of smokers relapse in the first 6 months of quitting. Well, crap. I thought we would put the smokes down, suffer a week or two, and life would go on. Learning that I am a nicotine junkie for life is pretty suckie. "If you're on the right path, keep walking." Let the games begin. Are you addressing the brain's dopamine? Gonna join a gym to help with dopamine. I'm thinking about yoga. I'm pretty excited to start my new life. Emotion regulation without a cigarette will also be interesting to endure.
