Today is the day

I’ve decided to quit today after my last two cigarettes. Been listening to Allen Carrs book which gave me 4 months smoke free four years ago. Just turned 30 a month ago and been smoking for half my life. Only thing I dread is going to bars where smoking is allowed, because I love those places but being there without smoking is hard.

I firmly believe that if I could quit, anyone can. Don’t be too hard on yourself and always wait when the cravings hit, because they will pass. You can do this and you will be happy you did.
