spicy onion eggs

i cant remember what their name was in the dream but they were extremely finely sliced raw onions mixed with buffalo sauce to create a texture similar to buffalo chicken dip with crunch, but they contained no chicken. the onion filling was piped into hard boiled egg halves like deviled eggs, and they were sold in plastic trays in the sushi section. i remember buying them bc they were the only sushi left and trying to eat one and not liking it lol

very intrigued by this apparent Korean/American fusion take on deviled eggs. hmm, i’m thinking; some finely chopped red onion mixed with a spicy sauce and the egg yolks from the boiled egg, then piped back into the egg. it doesn’t sound that bad to me. lol i would try it

Ngl. This is doable.

Fry together chicken of the woods mushroom, red onion, and some spicy red pepper [regional]. Add a mix of garlic powder, salt, and sugar. Fry til browned, then, while still hot, crack in 3 eggs. Aggresively mix until fully cooked. Serve hot on rice
