Bought my son the tr8 pro for Christmas nearly finished building it only to find the brackets missing to attach seat to frame Also they didn’t even ship the vesa monitor stand didn’t realise until Christmas Day

Track racer seem to be bad with this stuff. I ordered the 800mm monitor stand from them and they shipped the 1200mm one which doesn’t fit in my space. When I emailed them they said the 800mm was out of stock so they sent me the 1200mm instead, and that they had no idea when the 800mm would be back in stock, but that I could return the stand at my own expense.

They never even contacted me about swapping the part out. And the 800mm was listed as in stock on their website, even after the email from customer support. I ended up just cutting the beam down to size, but will be staying the hell away from track racer in future.

That would get them a charge back from me. You knowingly sent me something I didn't order and won't pay to return it and you wrote all this in an email. I'm getting my money back.

For sure. I had to do a chargeback for a Pimax Crystal Light. Seriously the worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. Looks like I need to add Track Racer to the list of companies to avoid.

I also had items delivered with missing parts - whilst they did eventually fix it - took three days of them ‘looking into it’ - it was annoying. I feel your pain - especially as that’s really cool for Christmas!

Have also ordered stuff from Trak Racer which had missing parts and they tried to ignore my request for the missing parts. Had to dispute via PayPal to actually get the missing parts.

Be glad it wasn't the other way around. I can shorten that sucker by 400mm no problem but I can't stretch 800mm into 1200mm.

Biggest thing that scares me about them is their Q.C . You can't just get in the car and go pick up the correct piece. For having an e commerce only store they should have their shit together 1000% Hang in there bud!

They forgot the pedal plate with my TR80 last year. After a couple weeks of emails and calls they eventually shipped me the wrong one. They didn't want that one back so I hucked it in the dumpster while I waited for the right one. All in all it took about a month. I eventually got the right parts but I shouldn't have had to do so much work on my end.

yeah man, similar experiences. I got the TR80 on black friday (was considering the TR8 as well!) and it took them forever to ship, there was a fiasco about a wheel mount being unavailable. but then they shipped it without my rep knowing. half the boxes showed up, I was into building it when I realized I didn't have the parts. More boxes show up later and I have to undo what I've done.

Now my rig is built, but I'm still missing some parts and I'm growing concerned they just like "forgot to ship them".

I've just made my first purchase from them early December. I ordered the bass shaker kit. Was listed as in stock. Still hadn't arrived last week, so I emailed. Reply was: " sorry your item is listed as backordered, and may be available in a few weeks". Shitty. Why was it listed as in stock? Why not email me? Why so long?  Disappointed.

Yeah I had issues with them last Christmas. Missing main parts and ended up having to rig it up on my own. Did a Charge back on them because of their failure to respond . Won’t bother with them in the future

I bought their integrated monitor stand since it was in stock and the ASR one wasn’t (my rig is ASR). Unlike ASR when it arrived it had no spare T-nuts and bolts, everything was exact. However, four of the bolts simply wouldn’t work, they arrived nonfunctional. So I had to use my ASR spares, but if I had started with TR I’d have been hooped. Won’t even consider them for anything else.

That is terible. I'm so glad I ordered my rig from Racing Cockpits there customer support is amazing even after I bent one of my risers they offered to replace it at no charge.
