How does one find a bird like this?? Do we just look up? Does it hop around on the ground? I want to keep my eyes peeled, but I've never caught a bird before.

He responds to whistling and his name. Or if offered food. He can be friendly….I would assume if he gets too tired or hungry he will just fly on you. He has flown on people he’s not used to in my household before.

A family member lost their cockatiel once. They put up a zillion signs around town and it paid off. She was found about a week later a couple miles away in a soccer field when she landed on a boy's shoulder. The family had seen the posters and she made it home!
