How does one find a bird like this?? Do we just look up? Does it hop around on the ground? I want to keep my eyes peeled, but I've never caught a bird before.

He responds to whistling and his name. Or if offered food. He can be friendlyβ¦.I would assume if he gets too tired or hungry he will just fly on you. He has flown on people heβs not used to in my household before.

A family member lost their cockatiel once. They put up a zillion signs around town and it paid off. She was found about a week later a couple miles away in a soccer field when she landed on a boy's shoulder. The family had seen the posters and she made it home!

I am so so hoping that is my case here. He is my heart. I am sick thinking about him being out there all alone.

Put a few printed posters in your neighborhood for people who don't use social media

I'm over here near Father Junipero...I'll give out a call for the little guy when I'm cleaning my yard tomorrow.
