Bronwyn is the Phoniest, Most Manipulative Housewife We’ve Seen in Years

I’ve known exactly who she is since the very first episode. I’ve never seen anyone try so impossibly hard (other than maybe Brittani, who is so woefully ill-equipped intellectually she doesn’t stand a chance).

Her “vulnerable” moment on the yacht was Machiavellian. She threw everything against the wall in that moment to see what would stick. She doesn’t care about any of these people or having real friends. She wants to stay on a TV show, and she can’t do that if she’s completely iced out. She seemed like a cornered animal.

She is so completely full of shit, and I hope the rest of the cast becomes wise to it and quits placating her.

I honestly can’t tell if this is good TV or annoying TV, but I think the latter. I’m so happy Jen Shah is gone, and I don’t miss her. I think Bronwyn needs to go.

In my short time on here I’ve seen transphobia and homophobia, heck racism and sexism too. 

To act like it isn’t a thing or to be dismissive of it because “the majority of the sub is supportive” is fucking WILD.

And I stand by what I said. OP even admitted that he only made this post because there was a post about Bronwn that was getting a lot of love for her. 

The only person that showed up for me in relation to what was her support for trans lives. 

You may not be trans but I am and I’m not going to be shut down for any reason. 

Just because you’re ignorant to the transphobia that occurs doesn’t meant it’s not there. 

The only good thing I will say is the mods in the sub are doing an amazing job keeping the trash out. 

At the end of the day it’s fucking ridiculous to make a post to shit on someone because other people like them. How much of a loser do you have to be to do that?

I read all of OPs comments on this thread and didn’t see anywhere where they said they made this post because there was “a post where Bronwyn was getting a lot of love”. And they never alluded to it having anything to do with her advocating for trans rights. Maybe it was edited after the fact, that I can’t speak to.

Transphobia, homophobia, sexism, and racism are absolutely real and this community is not immune to it. I am not trying to shut you down by any means, and I will continue to advocate for trans rights for you and all others. However, OP even commented explicitly that they considered Bronwyn’s advocacy for trans lives was the “coolest, best thing about her.”

OP is allowed to have an opinion about Bronwyn too and voice it though provided that it doesn’t contain hate speech or bigotry, which this post doesn’t. I’m sure when you watch reality shows there are people that you don’t love or rub you the wrong way too. It’s ok to discuss that on Reddit. We’re here to discuss our opinions of the show, including the behaviors and actions of the cast members.

I (mostly) like Bronwyn by the way 🤷‍♀️. A few things she has done have rubbed me the wrong way, but like OP her showing up for trans lives ranks at or very near the top of the things I love and appreciate about her. Just my take.

It’s funny you offhandedly mention OP maybe editing their comment after I call OP out for editing their comment? 

Well you did try and shut me down with your initial comment saying people in the sub aren’t transohbic and implied because of that there’s no way OP is in the wrong. You’re doing the same thing a lot of “allies” do. You claim to be an “ally” but you refuse to listen or believe trans voices and dismiss their experiences. 

And OP claims to be an ally. Doesn’t mean he is. A lot of transphobia people claim to be allies just to try and reinforce their transphbic views. “I’m an ally but that stuff should be kept away from children” “I’m an ally but trans sports players shouldn’t be allowed to play” “I’m an ally but non-passing trans people make me cringe” “I’m an ally but when I see someone I don’t like getting praise for being inclusive of trans lives I have to shit on them”. 

Oh and as I said OP admitted to seeing that post and making this in retaliation.
