We’re thrilled to share the progress on our Christmas Wishlist: ✨ $60 raised for TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) programs, which can help 3-4 cats in the line-up. ✨ One pet carrier donated, on its way to support our TNVR initiatives.

Tomorrow, Dr. Gab, a trusted and well-known veterinarian in the Philippines, will host a low-cost Spay/Neuter (S/N) event nearby. This is a golden opportunity to fix more cats at an affordable cost.

Unfortunately Ronnie got into something in foster care and we are not sure what! He is at the vet as we speak so I will know more later tonight.

I took in a stray cat on December 16th due to my neighbor getting very angry because I was feeding the strays. I live in an apartment and didn't want trouble. I believe this kitty was previously domesticated and then abandoned due to how friendly he is. I think he's about 6 to 9 months old. It's a ginger kitty, uses the litter box, very playful, loving, no spraying, good behavior. I can not take care of this cat due to fixed income, medical issues, and over 70 y/o. It's getting harder everyday because he needs more attention than I can physically give. It's also costing me so much to feed him and provide him with just the basic items cats need. I can not afford to take him to the vet. I have called several cat rescue agencies, but they aren't taking cats in or they refer me to the animal shelter. I did leave a message with Kirkland's and will hopefully hear from them. Is there anyone out there interested in taking this sweet loving kitty into your home, or a rescue who would find it a good home? I think it's a male because I read that most gingers are male. hi everybody I hope everyone is having a good holiday season! I wanted to reach out as a cat that my friend previously rescued from a shelter has gone missing today (12/26/24). he left early this morning and he has been a mostly indoor cat and we are worried he is scared out there. We left food outside the door, have cameras set up etc but are hoping that if anyone has seen him in the downtown Alpharetta Georgia area please give the owner a call at 470-415-9075 or an email at abguneta@gmail.com. any hint helps, it’s his first and only cat thanks so much in advance!

Third time's the charm! I keep either losing my photos or the text, sorry for the multiple posts!

I wanted to update everyone on the kitties from the San Antonio Animal Care Services URGENT ‼️ LISTED kittens. Back in November 15 cats were listed , with a 4-week-old URI/Eye rupture added the next day, and my organization San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition pulled 5 for our Community Cat Adoption Program.

Marshmeow! Marsh is pending adoption! We shockingly managed to save her eye, and though it's micro it doesn't bother her at all. She's spayed and ready to go home 12/28 with a family eagerly awaiting her arrival!

Jennay is actually a Jeremy. He's neutered, his left eye was saved and visual, and his right eyelid was stitched closed for a week to give it time to heal. His third eyelid is a bit fused on that eye, and we are seeing how it continues to heal while open this week.

Triplet was the biggest of the bunch but had ulceration in both eyes. Turns out this cutie has entropion! Though his ulcers have healed very well, we have done a stitch on his right eyelid to test how an adjusted eyelid position helps his irritation. He'll be assessed this coming week to see if we should do the same for his left eyelid too. Our vet is quite practiced with kitty (and dog) eye lifts and face lifts, for which we are very thankful. He's neutered and a super sweet fella.

Peanut was the late addition with the largest infected ruptured eye I've ever seen. She was touch and go at first, and after a month in my care she only weighed 1.8lb. So we removed that problematic eye on 12/11. Since then, she's gained so much weight, weighing 2.6lb and is so spunky, active and healthy.

Finally, Serafina! Sera came in not only with a ruptured eye but also with ringworm, which didn't bode well for the entire group who sure enough had all been exposed and one by one developed lesions too. She's always been very tummy heavy in spite of deworming, and post-op from her eye removal and spay she got to feeling quite poorly. She's feeling much better now and hopefully will start gaining weight again soon!

This has been a great group for me to foster, I have a huge soft spot for eye kittens and their unique challenges.

It's been wonderful to join this community and see everything that everyone is doing!

I'm a disabled, chronically ill cat parent desperately trying to give my two rescue babies, Piper and Avernus, the best life possible.

Piper, my sassy queen, is currently battling feline herpes. 🤧 We're managing it, but she's still in a lot of discomfort. 🥺 I've added some gentle pain relief supplements to our Amazon needs list to help keep her comfy.

Avernus, my mischievous little gremlin, is finally full of energy again thanks to some fantastic Nulo wet food that was amazingly donated! 🍽️ He's got a healthy appetite right now and both my babies are loving their vitamin-packed crunchy treats that were also donated. 😻 (Thank you lovelies!!!💖💖)
