Supplies needed for kitty with special needs

Hi! A couple weeks ago I rescued this 2 month old kitten from the streets. After a lot of vet examinations, we noticed that, due to trauma received in the genital area, this baby can't feel his tail and doesn't have sphincter control, and it might be a possibility that he never will. I'm trying to do everything I can to give him an opportunity in life. Even though I do not have the economical needs, I'm willing to take good care of him, hoping some day I find someone who can fully meet his needs.

I'm asking for a couple of things that he needs in order to have a good and adequate quality of life. Anything helps 🫶🏻 the wish list is in Amazon mexico (we live here) but it shouldn't be an issue. Thank you so much!
