News: Video Delaware trooper Dempsey Walters sentenced to 1-year in prison, turned off body-cam and punched handcuffed teen breaking eye socket, after teen pranked the trooper's house, other cops were not charged.

don't look at the year, look at the fact.... an idiot pissed away his career and freedom because a kid kicked his door... plus on the [rainbow] brite side, he gave 2 families millions.

and he'll probably end up destitute...

Destitute? There is likely another department, in another state or county, already rearing to hiring him. Paperwork done already, probably.
