u/FadeIntoReal Dec 12 '23
Union cunt feels justified saying
“We need to see the whole video”
then
“It looks like a good arrest all day long”
Sounds lot like a professional liar to me.

Cops don't get to issue punishment bootlicker.
7
u/MrShasshyBear Dec 13 '23
I'm not talking about the human who committed petty crime. He is still a citizen and has rights
3
u/Junior_Singer3515 Dec 13 '23
Yeah I read some of your other posts we agree. I read the first post the wrong way

I wasn't talking about the thief, who at the end of the day still has rights under the American constitution

We can’t claim to be against brutality then be for retributive homicide
6
u/Wulfgang97 Dec 13 '23
Sure we can
-2
u/TheQuitts1703 Dec 13 '23
When the death penalty disproportionally kills innocent black people, no we can’t
3
u/Wulfgang97 Dec 13 '23
“The study found that the odds of getting a death sentence increased three and a half times if the victim was white rather than black.”

Tell me you're a fascist without telling me you're a fascist.
26
u/hypotheticalhalf Dec 12 '23
Tell me your truck is plastered with thin blue line flags without telling me. See how that works?
21
u/turtletechy Dec 12 '23
What's fascist about saying that this cop is dangerous as fuck? He's going to kill someone eventually with that kind of behavior.

I’m glad videos like this exist if only to remind me that all cops are shitheads
10
u/ShyTonTon Dec 12 '23
Well, that officer gonna get leave of absence. There is no need for excessive force when the guy surrenders on the ground. Guess another day for taxpayers who got to pay for this.

Yay. Back the blue /s. For real though. When did everyone become so supportive of our government dictators? It’s like it happened overnight. Everyone wants to be governed harder by daddy. How about no? The system is broken. It’s time for a new one. Now.

“How dare you steal my masters’ property! They make me feel like I’m not a loser and give me a middle class income! I’ll fuck you up! And get vacation, amiright!?”

Let me guess - the officer gets Qualified immunity for attempted murder, and the usual free, paid vacation (aka paid administrative leave) as a reward?
Qualified immunity badly needs revoked, so these officers are asset stripped until they are homeless, and subject to the same criminal laws the rest of us are.
3
u/Aggressive_Dream_140 Dec 12 '23
Man if that’s what he does when someone steals Pokémon cards I don’t want to know how he handles other more serious crimes
8
u/AbsentThatDay2 Dec 13 '23
The amount of beating that you get from cops is directly impacted by how likely they are to get sued. Costs easily 30k to sue a cop, some dipshit doing petty theft that looks like he’s missed a few meals lately is easy pickings. They don’t care if they can’t be held responsible.

u/Obvious_Concern_7320 Dec 13 '23
If it was the other way around, they would all be screaming George Floyd.

u/SolarPunkYeti Dec 13 '23
One of the most powerful weapons the police have is their keyboard. If they can make a report read like their life is in danger or potential harm will come to them from the suspect, they win, period. Doesn't matter what actually happened or what it looks like. Luckily a lot of these instances are happening less due to cell phone videos and body cams being more prevalent.

u/funcouple1992 Dec 13 '23
5 guys holding you on your back yelling at you to turn on your stomach. Wanna be GI Joes, your mom is not proud of you, you all are embarrassing.

All he's doing is protecting his head. He isn't fighting back. He's just trying to not die. Why not just stop hitting him and cuff him? They're pinning him down so he can't move his arms and he's saying he's not resisting.
It's ridiculous. They absolutely do that shit on purpose so they can beat the shit out of a petty thief and wack off to it later.
3
u/shotgundraw Dec 13 '23
They are trained by the Mossad and they are trained to treat suspects as animals.

The fact he was just getting pokemon cards, the most innocent pastime ever, just makes it more sad. And even if he did steal them, they were probably for a kid or something.
1
u/haveabigjohnson Dec 14 '23
Ultimately the cop get disciplined or let go and gets rehired in another county. This is the way.

Well the part so many commenting seem to have missed when they read the headline and didn't bother watching the video clearly tells the store's video shows the suspect fighting the cops and resisting arrest.
You don't ever put your hands on a cop. You will catch a beatdown accordingly. But that said, yes the officer should have stopped when he did finally surrender. But given the problem with thieves maybe some examples should be made. I mean hell in the middle east that will get your hand cut off.

Are you braindead?
-7
Dec 12 '23
Nah, just don’t have sympathy for thieves.
8
u/ThreeWholeFrogs Dec 12 '23
- Alleged thief
- You're for sure braindead
- Do you really not see how giving pathetic wastes of life such as this cop the authority and ability to abuse people in this manner and likely without any repercussions is a problem?
-6
Dec 12 '23
Aw man stop calling me brain dead that really hurts my feelings. 😞 I don’t think it’s a problem because I don’t steal stuff. And people shouldn’t steal.
9
u/ThreeWholeFrogs Dec 12 '23
Damn, you really are all the same.
You should go to therapy or something and find out what is keeping you from emotionally connecting with other people. It's not normal or healthy to think like that.
-1
Dec 12 '23
See previous response. I don’t have sympathy for thieves. 🤷♀️
8
u/ThreeWholeFrogs Dec 12 '23
What you're really saying is "I'm happy this cop got to enjoy abusing his power and had a good time beating the shit out of someone who was completely defenseless"
-3
Dec 12 '23
If he hadn’t stole, it wouldn’t have happened.
A man’s character is his fate.
8
u/ThreeWholeFrogs Dec 12 '23
Not true. Police brutality is an actual problem and there are completely innocent victims to it all the time.
Simple question. Do you think the punishment fits the crime here? And do you think the cop deserves to go unpunished for this?

u/bmosm Dec 12 '23
Stealing isn't punishable by death. Police brutality often results in death or life changing injury. Police officers are NOT jury, judge and executioners. Applying punishment is not part of their job.
Disregarding that, Your claim simply isn't true, police arrests, beats and kills innocent people all the time.

ACAB 1312. these thugs need to learn their place in society. Fuckin gross ass pigs. All these bootlickers trying to justify their actions don't realize their just as likely to do it to you too! It doesn't matter if your not breaking the laws, it doesn't matter if your doing as they said, it doesn't matter if your already in handcuffs. It only matters what is filmed by outside photographers and the discrepancies between what is seen and what they type up in their bullshit reports.

Not necessarily talking about anyone in this thread, but sometimes people come out of the woodwork and say shit like, "How could they just stand back and not do anything?! They're a coward! They should've said something!"
This camera person did the right thing. They stood back and focused on getting quality video evidence to be shown to the public. Their distance and silence kept police attention away from them to allow the video to be captured with interruption or interference.
I assume they gave it to the news stations and/or released it publicly rather than giving to the police to bury, lose, edit, etc.
This cameraperson should be praised for not trying to intervene because it would NOT have helped the victim of this violent attack AT ALL. If anything, it would've likely created an additional target/victim and endangered the footage.

This is what they do, they are psychopaths, that's how they got the job in the first place. This is the desired behavior, this is what they recruit for.
