Question Why is my Right RAM Stick Red?

I had solid color red for a few days on signal rgb, is it a potential burn in maybe?

Its going to blow up, early signs of a RAM Explosion, You need to quickly shut off the PC and immediately take out the RAM stick. Once done, set the RAM stick in an area that is at least 28 Metres away from the nearest person and call your local bomb squad... /s
