After reading OP's comments what he really needs is a thread ripper 7995 WX , 256 GB DDR5 8000 Mhz ram , 3 of rtx 4090 OC Edition cards in SLI (all water blocked) , 2 of 8 TB M.2 nvme pcie 5.0 ssds so a total of 16 TB nvme storage , everything custom water cooled inside a custom case that can fit 20 fans , 3000 watt psu , probably the most expensive mouse and keyboard money can buy , B and O luxury headphones
All these hooked up to a 1080p 520 hz monitor since op wants the most frames and since op really likes spending money
