Discussion Show theft in masjid

My Husband’s shoes were stolen from the local Masjid today at Friday prayer. I tried to console him that the person may have accidentally taken his shoes, but my Mom told me it’s commonplace in Pakistan to have shoes stolen during prayer. My Husband ended up walking home barefoot, in the rain and cold.

I’m wondering why the Masjid’s in Pakistan haven’t thought of a solution to the shoe theft problem if it’s commonplace there?

Wouldn’t it have been easy, if that was the case. It’s so interesting how people jump to question the person who is wronged, rather than look at the wrong itself.

It’s asking about the contingency plan when a normal accident such as this can occur.

My old man goes with the chaukidar and they both have phones. That’s our contingency.

Phones does not equate that anyone will be there to help if there is no one to help!

You aren’t there to help?

Obviously not. I’m in another country.
