Discussion Show theft in masjid

My Husband’s shoes were stolen from the local Masjid today at Friday prayer. I tried to console him that the person may have accidentally taken his shoes, but my Mom told me it’s commonplace in Pakistan to have shoes stolen during prayer. My Husband ended up walking home barefoot, in the rain and cold.

I’m wondering why the Masjid’s in Pakistan haven’t thought of a solution to the shoe theft problem if it’s commonplace there?

Quran doesn’t mention that victims “should learn their lesson” from theft. In fact, the punishment for theft is pretty straightforward.

Now you have switched back to the subject of theft, when I was addressing your point about womens dress in UQran. Does Quran command women to dress modestly? If ye, does that mean what desi-liberals say about anyone who tells women to dress modestly applies to Allah as well?

YOU are the one talking about women’s dressing, just like you were talking about individual choices, instead of looking at the CRIME, which is the issue here, not my Husband’s expensive shoes, or a woman’s clothing.

Oh my Allah. You still don’t get it, do you?

I brought up a CRIME, which people tend to victim-shame, which is something you are also doing regarding a theft.
