HAHAHAHAHA this college student on MSNBC saying "Anyone who's passed a high school civics class knows that the Vice President can't do anything. Neither candidate on that stage told us what executive action they would take on day one, nor were they asked, because the Vice President can't do that."

He was so sassy about it too. I hope someone clips that and shares it.

I was begging for walz to take just 20 seconds to explain how the government works
