Walz wasn’t picked to dominate a debate, because frankly the VP debate doesn’t move the needle. Walz was picked because he’s a likeable midwestern guy with a good story and a good record as a governor. Sure, mayor Pete would have generated multiple owns, but again this debate is way down the list of priorities.

I hope Walz is everywhere after this debate then. He needs to be seen and heard more.

Eh, people don't really vote based on the VP candidate anyways. The only time it matters is if the VP is actively bad enough to drag down the ticket (like Palin was, and hopefully like Vance will be)
