Matthew Lillard
I feel Matthew is one of the best comedic actors of our generation. However, based on his acting in Scream, I think we missed out on the opportunity of watching him crush some serious/ action/ drama roles. What are your thoughts? Am I wrong? Was he meant for comedy alone?

I agree. Out of the original scream cast, he was the one that really stood out on screen with his performance.
Neve Campbell pretty much went from tv to doing a bunch of scream movies, and Rose McGowan was kind of pushed on audiences through different films…I never much cared for her though.
Lillard was my favorite among that cast and would’ve definitely been interested in seeing him do other roles. I was a bit too old and never had kids, so the scooby doo stuff never really went on my radar.
