If the person proved they couldn't do it then yeah you step in. But if they can still make it under their own power that's when you sit back and let them learn.

Oh I am already lol. That's why my opinion is as pragmatic as possible instead of an emotional kneejerk like others in these posts.

-Edit- lol they blocked me because they don't know how to handle someone disagreeing with them.

You help animals when they genuinely need help, not before. If you help them when it's unnecessary they lose their survival instincts.

2, Cats are literally being killed by things like this and its an active problem. Fuck off. Help the animal.
