Will ____ game run? Any games I could run on this potato?

So here some details for ya:

MAIN : H110

CPU : Intel® Core™ i5-6500

RAM : 16Gb\ DDR4

SSD : 256Gb

VGA : GTX 750

Anything pre 2019 will do fine. That cpu can handle a more powerful gpu than the 750

You're selling the system short. I suspect it could run Doom Eternal at 720p low settings.

Potato?? That's a pretty decent machine IMHO. Lot's of potential with a better GPU. It's not stellar, but certainly not garbage. Give it a little more credit.

You can easily run Stellaris and Cities: Skylines. I ran them both on a worse system than this.

You can also easily run Assetto Corsa.

The first one. Not the second one. I ran it with an i7-4810MQ and a Quadro k2100m.

Barely a potato I would say. I have something with very similar specs but with a 1650 and it runs everything @ 1080p, a few games I drop to medium settings. Armored core VI being the newest I have played on it I think.

Upgrade your GPU and you will have french fry.

If you can replace the GTX 750 with a 1060 or faster you can join us at Delta Force for some online BF4 and Tarkov style gaming, although you might be able to get by with that GTX 750

He could slap a 1080 and still benefit from it, the only problem would be newer, heavily threaded games.

Just concerned about the price. College student in an underdeveloped country. I had to scrap every penny for several months to build this since I also have to cover rent and such.

You might be able to get by with that 750 for now if you keep it at 720p with FSR and everything on the lowest per the video below:

I used to play BF4 with a 560 Ti which should give you a similar experience. More than playable IMO.

Go and play Judgement, Lost Judgement, Yakuza Infinite wealth, yakuza LAD

You can even run Yakuza Pirate in Hawaii when it comes out in 2025 because RGG'S games are optimised

Run them all at 720p30fps

Play Slitterhead (well optimised), Play Sword And fairy 7 (amazing game and optimised),

Sifu

Troublemaker

Splinter Cell Blacklist

Gujian 3

Xuan Yuan sword 7

Ff7 remake

The amount of games you can run is crazy, I only wish I had a gtx 750, I play with a gt710 and it still runs some modern games at 300p

Be more specific, what kind of games do you like? Pretty decent machine, just by upgrading the GPU it could run many more games.

Man I’m down bad for Sky:children of the Light so much I scraped every penny for months to build this lol but the GPU too weak to support shit lol 😭

Well so apparently I just need to upgrade GPU card. I thought the problem is the CPU. Thanks guys, for helping out a non tech-savvy lol.

I was running on an older (admittedly 4c8t) cpu with a gtx745 until a couple of months back, completed both the dishonoured games, control, deus ex and some others, had to set a lot of things pretty low but still enjoyed playing them.

Legit is not a bad system at all, i play modern triple A titles using an i7 2600k and an actual rx580 8gb andhonestly im content with it. You stick a better gpu in that system and your laughing

I always recommend the Metal Gear Solid series. All of them will run on that. Also depends on what you want to play - Literally almost anything 2015 going back

Potato??? I'm playing GTA 5 (720P 30FPS) ON a 7th gen PENTIUM. NO GPU. You can play tons of AAA games. Even the newer ones like rdr2

Also, golden tip for anyone with a h110 or 6/7th gen MOTHERBOARD. you can BIOSMOD it to run up to 9th gen desktop processors and 10th gen interposer MOBILE CHIPS. It's not hard but requires a little more skill.

I plan on getting a 9th gen i5 or even an i7 (respecting the 90w tdp my mobo has)
