Looking for an indestructible conpanion.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a water bottle that will take the abuse? My last one just fell from waist height and the lid exploded. I want something I could throw on concrete and not have to check if it made it.

64oz Zulu lid replacement

I had to buy this bottle as a quick fix after my last one broke while on a trip. I actually like the bottle itself a lot, but the lid is a pain in the ass. I see a bunch of replacement lids on Amazon, but are most 64oz wide mouths the same? Or does anyone have a recommendation on a good lid with a straw? I know this is a common problem with the Zulu’s

Brita Hub

I bought a Brita Hub from a liquidation store. Basically someone’s return maybe. Well, it didn’t come with the water tank so I ordered one off of eBay. I soaked the filter and filled up the water tank but the water won’t dispense. The water light keeps blinking. I would order a new filter but don’t know if that would fix it. Anybody have ideas? I can hear the pump working when I press any button but again, no water is dispensed.

How to store filter

Hi everyone. I recently got the Brita water bottle with the filter straw. It’s a carbon water filter and I was wondering how to store the filter after it’s been used. I don’t need it all the time. Some have suggested that the filter needs to stay moist and to keep it with a little water in a ziplock bag in the fridge. Others have suggested drying it out. I’d love to know so any suggestions are welcome. I appreciate you guys

I actually got myself to start drinking water again

I’ve struggled my whole life with drinking water in general. I would rarely ever feel thirsty even. When I was a kid I drank a lot of soda until I got to high school. Since high school, I’ve struggled to drink even 16 ounces of water a day. Now that I’m in my 20s, I’m feeling the effects of not drinking enough water, such as lack of energy. One day I decided to replicate Pavlov’s experiment on myself, but in a different way. I had a bag of chips and I decided that I would take a drink of water before every chip that I ate. I finished the bottle of water by only eating something like 12-15 chips. Ever since that day, I’ve actually been getting thirsty throughout the day. I barely drink soda or juice anymore, but if I do, I find myself craving water while I’m drinking it. I’ve also been making myself sip water whenever I feel the slightest bit of thirst. For the past month or two, I’ve been drinking at least 32 ounces of water a day. I know that’s still not enough, but it’s still a lot more than I used to drink. Seeing this subreddit from time to time on my feed made me want to try harder with getting more water intake.

Seeking advice for bottled water alternatives

Hey all, new to this sub. 27y/o male trying to quit my addiction to coke zero. I believe it's affecting my mental health (I'm on prescription for anxiety, depression and most importantly, trouble sleeping). I currently buy bottled water from Costco and drink nonflavored LaCroix to help with the cravings for that sweet carbonated feel. I was looking into a Brita Dispenser, it seems the Elite filters are the best for this. Any other suggestions are more than welcome, I want to carry out a healthier lifestyle without using my prescriptions as crutches.

Spicy water I drink so much (gallons) water each day that I need to wet my whistle every 20-30 minutes max or I start to become uncomfortable. Do you guys ever think about how much an apocalypse would suck for us?

Imagine having a single liter or less of water per day assuming rations held out. I would turn into SpongeBob under the heat lamp in the movie by day 3.

Drink, bathe, toilet

Step 1, name your top 3 waters, they don't have to be equal, just your top 3.

Mine are Icelandic Glacial, Fiji, and Voss

Step 2, now you must choose for the rest of your life, you can drink one, you can use one to bathe/swimming pool/hot tub, and one for your toilet/bidet/sink

You can drink these other waters but they will have been defiled in various ways such as coming out of the sink or the hose etc.

Drink. Icelandic Glacial - very hard choice between this and Fiji. Tempted to say Fiji because it's a better all arounder pbur Icelandic Glacial is so lush and luxurious and hard to live without every having when I'm in the mood for it.

Bathe. Fiji - honestly I would love if I could bathe in Fiji water for some reason and swim in it

Toilet. VOSS - top tier but an occasional water for me the fact it's so pure and european make me want to defile it and use it for tap tier water. According to some people it'd actually Norway tap water so I guess the Norwegians are already experiencing this, lucky bastards.

Gatorade water first impressions

Have 2 bottles of berg on the way, I was going to get a whole 24 pack but it really made it out like it's basically distilled water

Anyway, I just got a 6 pack of Gatorade water, surprisingly good, honestly on first sip it might make it to the top three or even 2 tiers. Very dull bodied water, refreshing and filling and as an added bonus for someone like me it has sodium bicarbonate in it. If you eat a lot of salt daily probably stay away but if you have stomach issues and acid this could be good. Still kind of gimmicky so u doubt it will be a regular sip and it won't dethrone a top tier brand like Fiji but maybe a decent substitute in a pinch....
