I type into the box, hit Enter, and it disappears--but only for some friends. For my friend with Reddit Premium (which I have as well), it works fine. But neither of us can post a message in our group chat where several members don't have premium, so I don't know if it's related.

I have the top comment on reddit and it came with a LOT of people gifting me gold, not only on the comment but also the AMA post itself. Now when I look up my comment it says I have NO gold. What happened? The post is old but I figured it would transfer over when everything was redesigned. I still have premium features (and should until the year 2043) but it still says I have NO awards at all. Any insight would be helpful. I loved showing that off to people. :)

Reddit was kind enough to remind me that I've been awarded Gold and I need to do something with it before end of year.

I'm eligible for the Contributor Program, but it doesn't look like it's worth the effort of getting verified.

Is there anything I can do with Reddit Gold without going through the verification process?

Reddit Premium?

Hello. Can someone please help me? I purchased Reddit Premium on the Reddit website a week ago. Since then, I have not been able to access any Premium features. I have been emailing back and forth with Reddit multiple times. All they keep telling me is that my other username (that I deleted a while ago because I just wanted to use this one) is the one that is linked to my Reddit Premium subscription. I don’t understand how that can be possible. Regardless, all I want them to do is unlink Premium from my deleted username and relink it to this username. Does anyone know how I can get this done? Is there any other way to correspond with Reddit besides email?? TIA.

I have had premium for over a week now and it hasn’t activated. I did cancel payment for the next month, but still says it’s active and still isn’t working.

I remember you used to be able to message people who awarded your posts/comments, but I can't find any option to do that anymore. I don't have premium, and I have tried to respond on both mobile and desktop. Help appreciated, thanks.

Edit: I just clicked on the award and clicked "most rewarded" and no users show up. Does that mean they all did it anonymously?

I get an error prompting me to sign in to YouTube account so it can verify that I’m not a bot. Fair enough, but it provides no way for me to do so. I’m already signed into my YouTube account on all browsers on my iPhone, but Reddit needs me to sight in somehow on Reddit. As far as I can tell, that can’t be done.

Also, clicking the error message will take me to the YouTube app, but not to the video, just the generic YouTube homepage.

I tried going into the "subscriptions" setting in my profile but this is all it's showing for me. It doesn't give me the option to do anything. How am I supposed to update my information?

The little red chat notifier says I have one chat, but I do not. I cannot get rid of it on mobile (iPhone) or desktop (Firefox).

Hi! I swear that a while back, I was premium and within posts, the individual comments I had already viewed were automatically dimmed so the next time I logged on, I could easily see the new comments because they had dark text.

It was similar to how the post titles are greyed out now after I've clicked on them, but this was for individual comments in each post.

Am I remembering correctly, and if so, did this feature go away? Thank you!

Now that I actually use and enjoy Reddit I hate seeing this Some Air. While looking for the location to alter it I noticed there is an Ad Free version of Reddit. For those who pay for Reddit, did you get to change your tag?

So I have subscribed for reddit premium but nothing happened in the app. I restarted, relogged. O tried to purchase again but it tells me I uave a subscription all ready. What can I do?

Hello. I am trying to switch the way that my Reddit Premium is paid, but the button in Settings>Account>Subscriptions doesn't function correctly. It sends me to a separate page that does not have any mention of Reddit, nor any way to change the payment info for this account.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. I searched the web, and this subreddit, and have found no info.

As an individual in Japan, Reddit doesn’t currently give me the means to run ads on the platform. Because Japan isn’t listed in the supported countries.

But they still give me the possibility to pay for Reddit Premium which doesn’t offer anything special to me.

Therefore, Reddit Premium should allow people like me to run ads in order to advertise my own subreddit on other subs.
