I made this reddit account on old iphone by just connecting appleid back then. Now when I checked on what email is this account on its some random stuff with appleid.com at the end nowhere close to the email I have on apple now I cant log with this account on any other devices bc no password was ever made and when I try to make one instructions are send to that random email how do I log in somewhere else now

Your only shot is to try to submit this modmail to get help changing your email and then the password reset to add one
