Account locked for security and will not unlock. I am a mod for a community of 140k and cannot access my account.

This happened 12 days ago. I have reset the password as requested multiple times. I have an authenticator added to the account as well. I have received no response to the tickets and seem to have no recourse on recovering my account. I would just like someone to help me understand why my account was locked and how to at least start the process to reclaim. The account is u/roundcircle

Well, good thing is that there is no reddit actions on it.

The support tickets typically take 1-3 months if you get a reply.
