Karma I'm having a problem with my upvotes not counting

For some reason if I upvote something and then refresh the page it still stays as 1 upvote. I even tried this with another acount and upvoted, after i relog back into my main account and check the post i upvoted it still stays at 1 upvote.

r/bugs.

Maybe reddit's servers are a little bit overloaded this evening

same, I tried to upvote things on reddit website but did not work, this bug also happened on mobile web and mobile app as well
