💬 Discussion Any goals/ideas for 2025?

Here are mine.

  1. Be mindful of my diet. Cut out any sugar, carbs, fat as much as possible. I’m 29M so I figure now’s the time to start watching my weight and diet, although I am healthy.

  2. Go back to counseling. It’s not for everyone, but in my case life was a lot better when I was seeing a therapist. I recommend it to anyone who’s on the fence about it.

What helped me tremendously for my scoliosis was Block Therapy out of Canada. Working with my fascia changed my body completely.

Oh its my first time hearing about block therapy, did you start it as an adult? and How long did it take before you started noticing any changes? 😯 I will definetly research more about it, thank you for sharing your experience🥹💓

Its not something you'll hear of, I hardly know of anyone that knows about it. I got turned onto it by a friend- I worked on the 90 day posture resets and lower body- my family is what noticed that they can't tell I have scoliosis when I stand (it use to be a bit noticable in my hunched shoulders). I would say the transformation was probably over a year. I also started going to the gym and that recently I've felt had a positive affect but I dont think would have been affective without first getting my fascia in alignment! :)

I can see that, I searched about it right after seeing your comment, the was litteraly nothing about it from my country🥲 If even the family members noticed, I can see that it must've been really effective😯 yes, one of the ways through which I thought I needed to fix was gym, I often heard of gym fixing it so... Once again thank you for telling me about it😌💗
