Is Silent Hill 2 that is coming out in 2 days the same as the old P.T. demo that released back in the day for PS4?

No, they are not the same. P.T. (Playable Teaser) was supposed to be a new game called Sillent Hills by Konami, led by Hideo Kojima in collaboration with horror film maker Guillermo del Toro announced in 2014 was canceled in 2015 because of the dispute between Kojima and Konami. So, since neither Kojima nor Guillermo del Toro is involved with the remake, I believe they are not the same.

I have the chance to one of these games soon on a tight budget but idk which. I typed down reasons why I can't decide:
Silent Hill 2: Most excited but the most expensive at 80$ which is insane. I also don't wanna be spoiled on the new stuff being a fan of the original because I waited on it. It'll be borderline impossible to avoid spoilers in today's climate
Dead Rising Remake: Tied with the 2nd cheapest at 50$, and a big DR fan. Some of the changes i've seen are kinda ehh to me though.
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero: Has the most longest last appeal with 180+ characters and online play. Im afraid if I wait until later however, I'll just get demolished online when I get it cheap
Castlevania Dominus Collection: Most bang for your buck, 5 games for only 25$ is a steal. However, I've also played these a BUNCH on 3DS (except haunted castle) so idk if I need the same thing but with achievements.
Shadow x Sonic Generations: The wild card. The last 3D sonic game I played was the original generations which I found really fun, but all of know how up and down that series is in quality lol

I haven’t been super into video games since like 2022. Im looking to pick up a new open world game. I really loved red dead redemption 2, ghost recon wildlands, and the original division for reference. Far cry 5 was pretty good too. Do you guys have any recommendations on something good?

Hello. I want to unwind and chill and play a singleplayer game. Just uninstalled a competitive game because I was on a losing streak.
Games I like: GTA V, Assassin's Creed (before RPG), Skyrim, Fallout

Steam Turn based RPG fest is over in a day, I am undecided on Jagged Alliance 3 or Warhammer 40K Rogue Trader.
Which one is the better game? Any pointers?
