This game took all day and only got me this percent, now it's down to this even after constant resetting. Time to wait 1 year

Yes, those are directions to improve your download speeds from Ms store/Xbox app. Worked wonders for me.

Alright, my father spent 2 hours last night trying to fix it for me. He got it to fluctuate from 12 to 30mb a second
