Honestly it looks like Ben grabbed Oscar's hand and pulled it towards him before Oscar escaped his grasp. Weird thing to do from Ben there.

Counterintuitive, but true. 6 u/Slight_Bed_2241 He’s Not Fast at All 24d ago And being the president of an international racing board you’d probably be versed in other cultures well enough to know it’s not normal anywhere else.
