Nah, the graphic on the bottom right corner doesn't correspond to pre-2018 graphics. I think it is 2018, given that Hamilton is leading comfortably, with a Ferrari behind him.

Yeah not 2016, I was thrown off because that pic is from 2016 based on his beard but they did not use it in graphics until later. I didn't see it post-race 2018 tho so idk.
