100% this. No one right in the head will get on a plane to do business or tourism in Russia for a good while.

Except Russians…who live in Russia…like the people who were flying from Baku to Grozny for the most part. Grozny is neither a tourist nor business hotspot, Baku is which leads me to believe majority of a Baku to Grozny flight would be Chechens.

Most of the passengers on the plane shot down Azeri though. Only 16 were from Russia.
