DESPERATE! Need volunteers to transport dog from either California to Canada, or Washington to Canada! Will compensate $ he’s on the list of dogs to be euthanized in the next few weeks. He’s currently at a shelter in Manteca, but volunteers are willing to get him to Washington pacific if needed
