Smothered porkchops mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli

I didn't feel like cooking a traditional Christmas meal today...we aren't big on Turkey and we OD' on ham for Thanksgiving 😆

Look, lol it was so good I was sent back to the store for more porkchops this morning 😆😆

Good thing pork isn't in our diet a lot. Well other than bacon for breakfast lol

Yummy! I gotta watch my salt, thats why I don't eat a lot of pork cuz god knows I love it! 😆
