So I used UAD ,great ,no google and bloat. But ,that resulted in not being able to sign in into apps or they in general just don't work ,for example :viber ,tiktok. The apps either open and close afterwards or just don't respond ,i kinda rushed with UAD. Please help me idk what package i unistalled that it stopped working.

In comparison to installing a custom ROM that doesn't include google services... that sounds pretty much exactly the same. I mean what did you expect? Of course if you remove google services there are going to be a ton of apps that no longer work. It's not one package you uninstalled that made everything stop working... if you de-google your phone and remove google services, every app that requires google services to work (and that's a freaking ton of them, in case you didn't know) stop working. That shouldn't be a surprise. But if it is, well now you know. If you want to be 'de-googled' and also still have apps work that require google services... then I would suggest installing microG. That's basically your only middle ground between no google (and loads of stuff doesn't work) and full google (where all apps work as expected) on your phone.

no worries. :) so yeah before you factory reset and put it back the way it was (as some in the comments suggested) ... give microG a go. install it, and mostly everything that doesn't work without google services should start working again. (you didn't fuck anything up by the way, de-googling will make all apps that require google services stop working. it's a feature, not a bug).
Installing microG is not a completely "de-googled" solution, but it's better than full google services and makes their spyware far less intrusive. Here's a pretty decent video on microG explaining it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Duis_RR29w

Factory Reset is the nuclear option in this instance. All disabled/removed apps are saved in the logs and can be reinstalled. The GitHub tells you how to troubleshoot issues by restoring half your apps at a time to pinpoint what might be breaking.
Also, when you use it again, note that there are notes for each app on the impact of removal. It's not 100% obvious for all apps IME, but it might be even quicker than restoring half the apps at a time. I used it for the first time earlier this month and rushed through some steps and lost the ability to use the swipe-down menu. I slowed down, reread the descriptions and fixed the issue by re-enabling 2-3 apps.

I don’t understand why some people want to degoogle their smartphones but keep using Facebook, TikTok , etc

If you have a reasonably up to date version of Android you can use the clone phone function to make a partitioned copy of your phone.
That should probably default to standard settings and apps (including having Google play services) and you can clone any apps that need those installed and they should work.
You can then switch between the main phone and the clone if you need those apps. Having said that, if its lots of apps and you're going to spend most of the time in the clone system, its a bit pointless.
Alternatively you should be able to restore everything on UAD and then just delete/disable the recommended list. That shouldn't break anything but it's also only a moderate improvement in privacy terms.

I'm guessing you removed Android System Webview. The package name is com.google.android.webview Chcek it.
If you don't want to perform factory reset again, do one thing - - Go to UAD - After open it, pick every section except Recommend - Now set the mode from Installed to Uninstalled then select all those uninstalled package and restore it.
I hope by this way you can solve your issue. I could send you some images regarding these steps but unfortunately my old UAD exe not opening and the next generation UAD I haven't installed.

For people who doesn't have PC but have Mobile Android version which supports Wireless Debugging perhaps Android 12+ can do this:
Install Shizuku from github.
Install Canta from F-Droid.
Debloat.
After that, if some system apps still hasn't been removed/disabled, Try Hail + Shizuku!
Install Hail from F-Droid.
Activate from settings (Hail).
Freeze 'em.
This worked for me.
Bye

micro G replaces a lot of libraries and things that apps will use from google services to make the app work properly. you might need root to get micro G working properly though

Using UAD (especially with its "predefined lists") is like a brain surgery with a hammer and a chainsaw.
We cannot help you with the details as we don't know what exactly you removed, but it seems that it was too much. So the most efficient way to "repair" this is a factory reset.
And be more careful what you remove then. Good luck.
PS: I personally prefer the manual method, never had any problem in removing stuff from any phone brand and i worked on more than 100 phones.
