Turducken is a dish associated with Louisiana, consisting of a deboned duck stuffed into a deboned chicken, further stuffed into a deboned turkey. Outside North America it is known as a three-bird roast. Gooducken is an English variant, replacing turkey with goose. The word turducken is a portmanteau combining turkey, duck, and chicken.

No, it's the right order. Nothing says that a ducken can't be a duck wrapped in a chicken.

I stand corrected then! I always presumed it was in the order of the words, as in: a TURkey, stuffed with a DUck, stuffed with a chicKEN but I guess that's not the case. Never had it myself. Thank you for setting me straight.
