If you've never had a turducken, claimed to have been created by Hebert’s Meats in Maurice, Louisiana and a yearly feature shown by John Madden, it's a stuffed deboned chicken put with stuffing into a deboned duck, then put into a deboned turkey (optionally the turkey wings and back quarters are left with bones) then baked. It takes forever to prep and cook while being incredibly easy to screw up and give people food poisoning. Turducken is tasty when pulled off, and a slice takes up most of a dinner plate. Having said all that, I want to go to this restauran, because I will not be making one again (no one got sick), and if you do want to make it, I suggest doing a turducken roll (cut to be flat, layered, and rolled, tied, and baked) to cut down on the headache.
