Question Really long nails

I noticed one of my chickens has really long nails. I never noticed anything like this with any of the other chickens but she usually stays far away from people, so I don't know how long she's been like this.

This doesn't seem normal so I wanted to ask, do I attempt to catch her and clip them? Should I go little by little? Any info would be appreciated.

In case it's important she's really small, fully grown adult but about the size of your average mango. I don't know much about this but if my chicken is in any pain I'd like to know how to fix it.

This pic is more or less what I saw when I got the closest possible, but she ran away soon after. https://i.imgur.com/7dtqHVF.jpeg

You're going to want to trim them. Not too short, there's a quick in there, but you can probably take 1/4 to 1/3 off safely.

Alright, tomorrow I'll catch her somehow and trim 1/4 first and see how she feels. Thanks a lot!!
