Question What kind of pullets are these?

Those are definitely game birds of indeterminate type. Kinda looks like crosses.
Game hens can be more aggressive than normal backyard chickens but they can also make great mothers depending on the individual. Some have better wild instincts as well.
They are not bred for meat or egg production, though they can provide both at reduced rates.

I have some old English game bantams of various types and while the heads on these look a bit different the body shape and some of their coloring is pretty similar. I’d guess game hens or mixes of some sort

Looks to be some kind of medium sized bird. I'm not an expert though.
