  1. Pull out stove drawer.
  2. Remove pots/pans from drawer.
  3. Angle drawer upwards to gently remove.
  4. Lie on floor, retrieve toy.
  5. Repeat entire process 30 minutes later when toy is re-pushed under stove.
  6. Use swear words during number 5 (above).

Good advice but Step 4 should also include finding at least 3 more toys that were presumed dead, a shriveled grape, and a bottle cap.

I once moved out of an apartment that I'd been living in for three years. The furniture people came over and when they moved the couch out, there were like 50 tiny toy mice where the couch had been.

Pro tip, don't put pots and pans in the proving drawer below your oven. It is meant for keeping things warm, such as bread dough while it is proving, or rising.
