Exmarine daniel penny who was found not guilty of killing Jordan Neely on a ny subway despite holding him in a chokehold that knocked him out permanently:

“Before he encountered Penny, Neely, a former Michael Jackson impersonator, ranted about being hungry and thirsty and said that he wanted to return to jail and didn’t care if he lived or died, witnesses testified. Penny, 26, a former Marine and Long Island native, placed Neely in a chokehold that prosecutors said lasted almost six minutes.

A forensic pathologist hired by the defense testified that Neely died from a combination of his schizophrenia, synthetic marijuana, sickle cell trait and the struggle from being in Penny’s restraint. But the medical examiner who performed the autopsy on Neely, Dr. Cynthia Harris, told jurors it was her medical opinion “that there are no alternative reasonable explanations” for his death and that those proposed by the defense were “so improbable — that it stands shoulder to shoulder with impossibility.””

I personally find it insane that it wasnt at least manslaughter.

Lmfao holy shit they’re so fuckin out of touch it’s numbing my mind

They’re trying to crucify the one we’re all collectively cheering for as a society

and on the other hand they’re calling a guy that killed a less richer guy on the subway a hero

Holy shit im ready for the next broad day visit to somebody important

Why would you leave out the bit where Neely threatened to kill other passengers?

[9] Vázquez told The New York Times that Neely began screaming, “I don’t have food, I don’t have a drink, I’m fed up. I don’t mind going to jail and getting life in prison. I’m ready to die.”[6] Another witness heard Neely say, “Someone is going to die today.”[3] Penny said that Neely repeatedly threatened to kill other passengers.[10] Vázquez said that Neely was frightening but had not assaulted anyone.[6] Other witnesses said that Neely made “half-lunge movements” at other passengers and was within “half a foot of people”, and recalled fearing for their lives.[3][11] A mother with a child testified that Neely charged at passengers, and she shielded herself and her child behind a stroller, believing she might die.[12]

Yeah thank you. These two situations are so different comparing them is wild and shows a lack of intelligence

The Subway Strangler. Some marine that put a guy having a schizophrenic episode on a subway (he didn't physically attack anyone) in a chokehold for a long time, so of course the guy dies. A marine trained for killing oughta know that, which is the argument people are exclaiming.

Of course because the guy killed was black and the dude that killed him is a vet, right-wing media praised the dude and more so now that he is free.

The peons are supposed to kill each other, never the masters.

I also don't know his name off the top of my head. The only people he's a "hero" to is those who'd like to exterminate the homeless.
