Does the school give us free Azure VM access?
I doubt it honestly, but it would be very useful for what I'm trying to do lol.

I’m wondering if anyone has had any experience with trying to transfer to different unit at University Walk. I found out recently that my roommate is allergic to cats and can’t have them in the house at all. I have an ESA cat that doesn’t have a home starting in January unless I can find a way to transfer units. Any help/advice would be very appreciated!!!

Hello!
My roommate and I recently graduated from UNCC and are looking to sublet out rooms at University crossings! We have been living here for 3.5 years and have loved it!The apartment is on the top floor and on the corner of the building with a great view of the university, pool and fire pit area. Our apartment has a unique floorplan which gives us an additional walkway and utility closet making the whole space feel a bit bigger! It is fully furnished with all amenities included! Plus we both have parking included in our lease!
Room A - $939/mo
Room B - $939/mo
We are more than happy to cover the sublease cost in order to make this transition smooth for you!
Please reach out if you are interested!

Has anyone gotten responses on their applications yet? I'm not sure if you should hear something back by now or if companies don't tend to even look at those until around april/may ish.

Looking for off campus student housing and I’m deciding between the union and 49Junction. Which is better? Main things I’m looking for is a shuttle, gym, and room rental. If anyone has any recommendations that also meet those requirements, let me know.

Hey everyone. Im a new student going into engineering for my second degree (App state undergrad 🗻).
I’m looking for a roomate to fill a room in a townhouse I just bought. It is available as soon as possible or for the Spring semester. Willing to work with you on the price and contract length.
Utilities are included and it is a new townhouse in a new neighborhood near the university. Right off of 485 and super convenient to restaurants.
Message me here for details and I can verify all of the info!

First time posting! I was wondering whether anyone has used the behealthier clinic, more specifically done the adhd assessment. I'd like to know your experience with it and if it's a good choice when I don't have the option to take one with a regular doctor.
edit: here is a link if you have not heard of this before

I am looking to transfer to mechanical engineering as a junior in Fall 2025 from another college. I read that some had good luck transferring their credits and some didn't. I am curious to hear from engineering majors on how many credits you transferred and if it was easy/difficult.

Hello people,
Im taking organic chemistry 1 this spring semester, after 5 years of teaching orgo 1, unfortunately for some odd reasons koohnag is teaching organic 2. I hate my luck. So I have to take it with Horger. On the syllabus it says we have 8 quizzes and 1 midterm and 1 final. Am I cooked? People who take koohang all did good and people who took horger all barely passed. If anyone took his class before can you give me your advices, I cant afford to fail this class.

Hey! I will be a freshman at UNCC next fall and I noticed that there is no chapter of Sigma Delta Tau, a Jewish women’s sorority. What’s the process like to propose starting a sorority chapter at UNCC, and would anyone happen to be interested?

I have been wondering about this since the schools’ rn at a 80% acceptance rate, but is highly popular and keeps on growing as well! Would it go down or get more selective at all?

Considering majoring in History at Charlotte. Worth it ? Not much info about it online and I’m wondering what people who have majored in or have taken history classes think of the program?

Might be a dumb question, but i am kind of confused. So i was admitted for pre-nursing, does that mean that i will end up in nursing at one point?

Hello!
I applied to UNCC’s Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program for Summer 2025. I read somewhere select applicants hear back in regard to a group interview in January, but given it’s coming up near the end of December, should I have already received an email if selected? Has anyone heard from UNCC regarding their application?

I applied on hire a niner this summer and then in middle/end of fall and I never hear back from anyone. I’m a junior and I’m mostly looking for tutoring/TA/ preceptor (peer leader) jobs.

After a year and a half, I am now moving on to the class I look forward to the least for my forth semester. I'm going over the Taylor videos right though still early in. What are the hard parts I should really put emphasis on when I get to them and/or what things from previous math classes should I really brush up on? (besides derivatives and integrals). I've surprisingly kept a 4.0 up until this point and I'm curious if this class will finally break the streak.

I’m a transfer majoring in management human resource concentration. Is the course pack worth it for me or should I opt out?

I will be a high school graduated student and go to college. I am confident that I will be admitted to NC state or UNCC, but not sure about if I could be admitted into NC state engineering program, which would be chemistry possibly. UNCC engineering has admitted me into electrical engineering, so I have check how much salary electrical engineer can get, which worried me. This picture was captured on UNCC net price calculator, and I thought that it is somewhat low, but UNCC said the starting salary for electrical engineers would be 70000-80000$. How do the statistics differ so much?

Hey guys, I wonder what happens if I dont take any classes in spring semester? I was full time student during Fall, but can't take any classes on spring semester bc of family emergency. Do u guys have any idea? Does it count as a gap year? do i need to let uncc know about that?
