Hi, Ive forgotten my Twitter account password and the email account associated. Im still logged in on my Samsung Browser tho. Any way I can reset the password? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! I cant lose this account

Over the past couple months I've noticed that some posts from artists/cosplayers/models do very poorly compared to what they usually get on their posts and it didn't make sense. I've noticed this myself as well with my own art. Usually my art is pretty safe and casual, which is when it gets really good reach. But sometimes there's a bit of cleavage which has a drastic effect on reach. I find this weird because up until 3-4 months ago, this was never an issue.

I recently found out a way to check which posts get affected. You take a link from a post and open it logged out/incognito. If it says "Hmm...this page doesn’t exist. Try searching for something else." instead of showing you the post, that means it got affected. I've noticed that for my posts that don't get this popup, they do really well. But for the posts that do, the reach drastically decreases.

I've kept an eye on this for some time now and something else worth mentioning is that sometimes it takes a while for a post to get flagged. For example, I had this one post that was blowing up. I was checking it every hour or so. It was doing really well. But then after 8/9 hours it had the "Hmm...this page doesn’t exist. Try searching for something else." when I checked in incognito. And exactly from that point, reach pretty much completely stopped.

I'm just wondering if there's anything that can be done about it. I see so many people affected by this, but there's just no one talking about it. At least nothing I can find. Would it help if I labeled my posts that are slightly suggestive appropriately? I know there's an option for it when posting, but I'm always scared that that'd reduce reach drastically as well.

Been having this issue for months now. I'll load up Twitter/X and I can scroll forever just fine but if I open a post, I can't see the comments. I can't like or bookmark anything either. I can I have notifications, but they don't load so I can't see what I'm being notified about. I close the app and in 1-2 hours it's back to normal.

This is happening only on the mobile app for me, the PC version works fine.

So i like quoting tweets in reply seems like i get a lot of views and engagment. for some on android or web when i do this it shows the link in the quote and it looks ugly to me.. on iphone i get a preview of the tweet right so words above the quote and everything is perfect. Question is is it possible to get a preview of the quote tweet on android so it shows good on all devices ?

I have to click on the audio icon every time i scroll to watch a video... I would like fo the video to 818004633339 which it is doing but also play the audio automatically. thanks

And shows nothing. No views, impressions, etc.

Until today I always could force this website to be twitter.com if I typed it into address bar in my browser, which worked fine - normal name, normal address and no annoying ads in the feed every 5 tweets. However today this stopped working, and now it just always redirects to this new atrocity. I tried cleaning cookies and checked if redirects for the page were blocked in browser - still to no avail. Is there any way to bring it back?

Sorry if this has been asked already, but I don't seem to find convincing answers that do not contradict each other. I seriously cannot wrap my head around how Twitter handles privacy.

I set my profile to private, but for some reason the app still lets me have control over my audience. Is that expected? Or should I understand "Everyone that follow me", "Verified accounts that follow me", etc.?

Also, I posted a tweet mentioning a public account. Will they/people be able to see my tweet? Analytics seem to tell so, but that could also be my own views on my tweet. Thanks.

I tried making a Twitter account but when I go to select my user handle every time it spits this out

I want to see only videos posted on Twitter. I can go to media tab of a profile to see medias but I want to do this on my home feed or on a list. Basically I want to see medias from mutliple people in a single screen. Is there way to do that? I tried with some complex search query but failed

Everytime I click on X home site on my pc and phone, it constanly refreshes the site before I cant do anything. It just keeps going and going.

I have email notifications turned off, but I still get an email when they "notice a login to my account." Its really annoying

A lot of my friends have been messaging me saying they cannot see my tweets unless they are actively on the TL at the same time as me. When they go to my profile, it says my tweets aren’t loading like my page is suspended or something but everything else is normal. Is anyone else having this issue? Is my account restricted?

I have that exact problem. On my laptop, I was trying to get on X, went it says "Seems like you have lost connectivity. We will keep trying." "Ah! No problems. Maybe my PC won't have problems!" How hopeful I was... When I get on this POS machine, same problem. App seems to work, although on Chrome and Samsung Internet, same issue as PC.

I haven't used Twitter in months because of how disgustingly transphobic it had become. Held onto a barren account tied to a rarely used email in case I needed to access the site for some reason. Today, I was looking for an email and checked that email account in case it got sent there and found countless emails from Twitter instead. They were recommending me posts from the all the transphobic accounts I had blocked.

I want to delete my account because I don't use it and don't want it associated with my email address. I lost the password. I tried to login, but I also forgot my username so I can't do a password reset. Help!!
