Help!

So I’m a foreigner in this country but it was safer for me to get my transition here than in my country, however I’m having problems for change my name, does anyone know how to ask for a form to the ISD (Immigration Service Delivery) since I wanna change my name through Dee poll but I need I Change of name Licence, I just need to know what to write so I got a form. Any help would be appreciated!

From what I just read, the form isn't available online, you have to write to them requesting the form first. (This assumes you are not an EU citizen.)

There is an online portal that you can register for but I don't know if the form is accessible there.

Oh sorry. Yeah it's not very clear on the site. I don't think you need to go into any details. Just something like I would like to request a change of name licence form for non EU citizens.

Give your basic name, phone number and address.

Instructions are so vague so I can't see them needing anything else just for the form request. Good luck!

I can’t get access to the portal, I’m a refugee too so the IPO has my passport and I can’t creat an account either, this is so frustrating
