Discussion Petrified wood

I don’t remember where I got this from but it’s petrified wood and it’s a very large and heavy sample. Not sure what to do with it as I’m starting to purge at age 66 to downsize my life. Anybody have an opinion as to its origin?

I understand the purge. I'm 67, and I totally get it. I ask myself "What am I going to do with this rock?" as I grab another piece of Jasper, or chalcedony, and put it in my 'rock bag.' Why! damnit!
