Makes it highly likely. I don't know of any country that Nazi salutes is more prevalent in.

Nah. They lost 25 million people fighting the Nazis. It's a big place and there's always going to be lunatics but in the entire war I haven't seen Russian soldiers doing any Nazi salutes, wearing Nazis shit. Ukraine on the other hand have streets names after Nazis and their soldiers have to be told to take off their Nazi shit before western news agencies photograph them.

Sorry, but you should study history a little bit, before posting. They lost due to famine caused by Stalin's interventions, therefore they were welcoming nazis as saviors. Therefor they historically hate Rusians.
