I'm having another private ultrasound tonight. I hope my baby is still with me. Anxiety is such a liar and I've been dealing with night panic attacks. It usually is after a scary dream. I hope those go away because it's debilitating. I wake up hot and panicking. I get up to calm down and lower my HR, get something cold and splash water in my face...but they are exhausting. I know it's common with hormone changes but I already have anxiety on top of the changes.
I'll update after my ultrasound.

Trying to take it easy and distract myself. The first 8 weeks of pregnancy are the most stressful. Really just trying to not obsess or even think about it. Super into my tv shows. Watching Sherlock bbc version again for the first time in years. Picked up an extra shift. Just staying busy.
