How is your end-of-year campaign going?

If you work for a nonprofit, then you probably in the deep trenches of the end-of-year giving solicitations. Your direct mail to previous donors has been sent out last week to make sure it gets to households before Christmas, your social media is full of messages meant to inspire people to send money now, before the end of the year, etc.

Is giving up for your org? Down? Flat?

We’re fairly flat, maybe a little down, but we usually have a few larger gifts come in at the last minute. I’ve heard from other organizations that their giving is down. I believe people are a little cautious going into 2025 and the change of administration. Hoping things may level out a bit before the close of the fiscal year in June. Interested to hear from others here.
