Asking For Game Recomendation Propagation: Paradise Hotel or Hellsweeper VR?

Both games are on sale right now (Propagation for 10€ (50% off) and Hellsweepers VR for 15€ (also 50% off).

Which of the two did you find more enjoyable? I‘m a fan of old school Resi style game so Propagation seems right up my alley. On the other hand, having crazy movement options and a big variety of weapons in a rougelite might be a bit more of a fresh experience in VR?

Propagation PH is one of the scariest games I have played. Really enjoyed it, others have complained about length and ending but I thought it was ok for a VR game

Propagation: Paradise Hotel will indeed serve your old school Resi horror game enjoyment, but it is short.

Hellsweeper VR has lot of replayability and now supports co-op for up to 3P.

The 50% sale is great value for either. Get both if you can.

Propagation can be finished in like 2 or 3 hours with 0 replay value

For 10€, even 2-3 hours of quality sounds like a good deal to me. But you are right, Hellsweepers would definitely have more replay valuw

2 hours is definitely an exaggeration. It's definitely short, in the 3.5-4.5 hr range. I still enjoyed it way more than Hellsweeper

No, it's not an exaggeration. I took my time playing through and exploring for ammo and such and it took me just over 2 hours. I can't imagine what could possibly take 4.5 hours. Maybe 3 if you're insistent on finding every single one of the collectibles and having a hard time with it.

One of my favorite and most memorable PSVR2 games to date. The oled, HDR, haptics, story and gameplay are all on point. Just know it’s pretty short- maybe 4ish hours.

Propagation is fun, but only a couple hours long and doesn't even have a complete story. Hellsweeper will give you many more hours of playtime and variety, but it's a roguelike so not much narrative.

Propagation is very cute, nice graphics, good sound, very early resident evil vibes. Unfortunately it's fairly short, and it kinda feels like a first part of something bigger, but for the price it usually goes for, I'd say it's a great little experience! I'd choose that.

I was playing Propagation on Quest 3, but it was one of the biggest surprises this year for me. I knew it was praised a lot, but the polish, pacing, setpieces and excellent exploration still surprised me. I simply didn’t expect this from a small indie title.

Oh, and it’s scary. I’d say similar to the first half of RE8.

It took me around 6 hours and the game sadly ends what feels around half way through. But honestly, that didn’t bother me at all, as the game was so incredibly enjoyable.

Really really recommend it.

Propagation is short but excellent

Hellsweeper I've tried multiple times to get into but despite wanting to, I just can't sink my teeth in. I think I'm burned out from Roguelites.
