New World TM

TM Keys for TM units by playing TM (1 per month in the lower leagues, 2 per month if you rank high enough in New World league)

Silver Keys for RR by completing Garp Challenges (4-6 available per month) and sometimes from Chopperman missions

Gold Keys for Legends by ranking high enough in New World league in TM (1 per month), and very rarely from Chopperman Missions during blitz or point events.

So you can get one quite easily in about a week in TM (by reaching 2 million points in any league if I'm not mistaken), and the easiest one to get is a silver one just by completing Garp challenge round 15. The other silver ones from Garp challenge are, well, somewhat more challenging to get.

You get one from beating a 10* difficulty Garp Challenges with 5 teams of different colors. Revolutionary Army is easier than Hody. You get a third one from beating 13* Revolutionary Army, it's clearly more difficult but you only need to beat it once with any team.
